The memory of how you take your time out in helping me to process my work permits twice (successful), my PR application (successful), travel document twice (successful), US visa (successful) and family sponsorship application which is now almost completed as my wife has received Pre-Arrival letter and letter for medicals and biometrics, all these without paying you for all the services.
