Sidita Zhabjaku brings more than 15 years of senior leadership experience in data, analytics, and strategy across the financial sector. She has led major organizational transformations—including enterprise-wide adoption of data and AI capabilities—and is recognized for her strong financial acumen, governance expertise, and ability to guide teams through complexity with clarity and accountability.

Sidita has been an active contributor in the nonprofit sector through board and committee roles with organizations such as TD Mindpower and NextAI, offering strategic guidance, financial stewardship, and a commitment to expanding opportunities for underrepresented groups, particularly women.

As an immigrant with a deep commitment to equity, inclusion, and community resilience, Sidita brings both lived experience and professional expertise to her work on the NYCH Board of Directors.
