North York Community House (NYCH) is a dynamic, award winning, neighbourhood centre that has been working with residents of northwest Toronto for over 30 years.

Benefits
Employee Family Assistance Program
NYCH provides Employee and Family Program (EFAP) services available to all NYCH staff (full-time and part-time) except on-call staff and staff employed on a very temporary basis (less than three months). Through the EFAP program, employees and their immediate family members have free access to a variety of services including:
- Legal Support Services providing assistance and consultation from lawyers for divorce, custody, adoption, debt, real estate, bankruptcy, and other issues.
- Financial Support Services providing assistance and consultation from financial professionals for budgeting, financial planning, credit support, and debt management.
- Health and Wellness Consultation including nutrition counseling, access to a smoke cessation program, assistance with sleep concerns, and mindfulness practices.
- Life Coaching which includes a 2-3 month program with a certified Life Coach.
- Short- term counselling for dealing with personal and emotional challenges.
- Family Support Services for personalized assistance with family planning, parenting, childcare, eldercare, and homecare. This service also includes daily living consultation and research services.
Extended Health Benefits
NYCH provides an extended employee health benefits package to all eligible staff, which becomes effective upon an employee's completing 6 months of continuous employment at 25 hours per week or more unless otherwise stated at the time of hiring.
