Get access to free financial support and services at our Financial Services Super Clinic!

November is Financial Literacy Month, and we’re excited to host our annual Financial Services Super Clinic—a one-stop opportunity to access free financial supports and meet directly with representatives from Canada Revenue Agency (CRA) and Service Canada.

November 12, 2025 | 12 – 5 PM | 255 Ranee Avenue, Suites 4 & 5

This in-person clinic offers individualized support to help you better understand, manage, and improve your financial well-being. Whether you’re new to Canada or looking to make sense of your finances, our team and partners are here to help!

Available Services:

  • Meet 1:1 with CRA and Service Canada representatives
  • Apply for or update your Social Insurance Number (SIN)
  • Apply for federal and provincial benefits (GST, CCB, etc.)
  • Register for a CRA My Account
  • Free tax filing (2020–2024)
  • and more!

No appointment is required. All eligible individuals and families, including newcomers, are welcome to attend. Feel free to fill out the optional registration form below.

Eligibility Requirements

Family Income Limits to Receive Support:

One Person: $40,000

Two Persons (a couple): $50,000

Three Persons (a couple and one child): $52,500

Four Persons (a couple and two children): $55,500

Five Persons: $57,500

Documents Required

  • Two pieces of valid Government issued ID such as PR card, passport, ON photo ID etc. for each member
  • SIN number
  • Direct deposit information (3 digit financial institution number, 5 digit branch transit number and individual’s account number)
  • Most recent CRA notice of assessment that you have
  • All relevant tax information slips such as T4, T4A, T5007, T4A (OAS), T4A(P), Foreign pension receipt
  • Amount spent on TTC/Presto for the years 2020-24, eligible to claim for seniors 65 years and above
  • Medical expenses receipts if they have spent money from their pockets for prescription medications
  • Letter from landlord stating total rent paid or property tax bill if residing in own house (clients residing in a few of the Toronto Housing buildings not eligible to claim rent)
  • Exact date of arrival for newcomers
  • For newcomers in 2024 filing for the first time, total income earned outside Canada in Canadian dollars for the part of the year that they worked/earned pension in home country (or any other country)
